Thanks Jeff for the ooommmssss, this is an older gentleman that I've known most my life. He's ready for what comes next, they just keep him from hurting.
Now the question is, how old is Marcia's "oldest" friend?
Oh no you didn't....

Thanks guys, where they are is in the corner where the outside corner peace allows a small gap. Once I sprayed with water they came out the gaps between the ridges in the siding metal and the corner gap from roof. To add to the problem is its 16-18 feet up!
Even on Mary's shoulders I'm not tall enough! Placed a plastic owl on a pole near the building hopeing they won't come back!
You need to wait till they exit at dusk and close up their entrance. I had to do this at my house. Spray foam will work in a jiffy!

Morning mutants! Today was out with the old and in with the new Splendide.
Let me say this about that...
If you need mobile RV service in Las Vegas... Mark and Michael at Desert Mobile RV are your go to guys.
702-379-7966
888-673-0240
They worked with Good Sam - who covered it all less deductible. Our new unit covered our annual ESP cost - and our bill was $250 deductible. These guys know their stuff and even got GS to cover the $50 freight.
In pic 2 you can see where the balancing weight (concrete block that was reduced to gravel) ripped out of the integrated drum bracket. Also known as a catastrophic failure.
They do charge 5% on credit card transactions but this is becoming common on field work. Good news - they had no problem taking our SD check, or getting the old out and new in...
They are great to work with, timely and efficient. Can't say enough good about them. They will be back in a few days with our slide toppers. I'm having them service the a/c's when they come. $79 bucks apiece - which is about what others charge. They haven't been serviced in a while so it's time.
Hope ya never need a repairman, but if you do and you're in Vegas, these guys have the RV Mutant Seal of Approval.
