I am. Don't know about Papaw Steve. My information was before I had installed the TST. I only rolled about 1/2 mile on the single outside dual. All that I have read said it is wise to replace the one that was overloaded.

The awnings I have are equipped with wind and rain sensors and they work. Like you, I don't typically leave my awning out when we are going touring in the TOAD. It's not that I don't trust them I just think it is good sense. Don't mess with mother nature.

Had a neighbor that had sensors on his coach. Gust of wind activated the roll in process, second gust caught the awning about half way in and it was trashed! Just saying!
Not sure if it's the altitude or the time change but man I'm worn out!

Like Wayne we are equipped with sensors that as I have found out obviously don't work. Lesson learned here! Will never leave it out again while we are gone.
