My experience with those lights says - when they begin go, they go dimmer and flicker. When the "exciter or ballast or whatever ya call it" begins to go, they don't fire up "instantly" but kind of stutter their way on. Can even require a couple flips of the switch to come on.

Since you were having differing results based on which switch you used - if I read correctly - it sounds like a lose connection. You will eventually need new tubes anyway - so I'd probably start there anyway. If it doesn't fix it put em in the box under the bed. You'll be glad ya have em one day. 2cents

Attention all mutants --- !!!
Just spoke to RVM1 - they have come out the 5 day dead zone in and around the North Rim and are passing through Flagstaff. They should be back among the mutants soon. I've gained a little appreciation for on again, off again service myself lately...

Lol assuming Dave can read smoke signals? I know he is a mutant but let's not expect too much from our Grand Poobah.

And some like me - have had a little difficulty figuring out how the darn thing works. The group email works well so it may be the distribution method. I have several folks derails in my inbox as well. Just have to get back on it.

As for social coordinator - you're on target. Need one - but need ideas too - and to block free time for the kayakers - birders - power parachuters - bike riders - fishing crew - etc to do their thing.

Lots to do but plenty of time! And who would have thought a few months ago that such enthusiasm would bring so many of us together so soon.

Note - I have reached out to RVM1 various times and ways to no avail. Hopefully they are safe on the rainbow.

Thanks Wayne. Right now the issue is me going into to inboxes - copying and pasting into my Excel Spreadsheet private roster. As we sit at the picnic table mutating - I ask myself.... Work on roster or grill some Brawts. Guess what's winning?

Thank you Wayne, I'll owe you a double shot.

Cheers !!!

So I accidently got to the first post in this here mutant thread of ours and was laughing by the time I got through the list....
Quote:
""Heat pumps, TPMS, 4 slides (only 2), Electric basement door locks, Keyless entry, ScanGuage (et al), Residential refer, Solar panels, LED lights, Satellite dish, Clear coat, Diamond Shield, Bra, Toad guard, Full width Mud flap, Spare tire, Engine performance chip, Motion sensor lights, Window awnings, Mini-fridge - Freezer, Washer/dryer, Ice maker, Dishwasher, Extra bath, Extend-a-stay, Outdoor recliners, Exhaust brake, Bike rack, A BIRD? (no clue), Rope lights, 2 way radio, Extended Warranty".

Have none of that but a spare tire and the only fridge/freezer we have is pretty mini... 3ftx4ft maybe? I think I'm the dishwasher...I don't even know what scan Guage and diamond shield are... it all just hit my funny bone this time... that's all. Just thought I'd tell ya.

I did a web page roster years ago and it looks and acts just like excel.

I looked at it and all I did was save it in HTML format. That way no one has to have a spreadsheet program to open it.

Cheers!

Them lows look like our highs for that time of the year.

Use margarine containors, lots and lots of thick thick smoke. So thick it is hard to misinterpret the message.

You know I had a 58 ford that sent up signals much like that. Who knew it was trying to communicate?
