It's almost dry enough to get the sewer and water hooked up. Electricity is on - CR-V Mutant unhooked and the slides are out!

Wonderful news. Now let's keep her healthy. Ohmms for a continuing "normal." Or as normal as it can get.

Talk to the tree, make friends with it. There's nothing wrong with having a tree as a friend. * Bob Ross *

I might if I can squeeze it in tomorrow, but I'd feel guilty sitting there... so much to get done before we head out!

Well, 3 days and $1700 later, the Pace Arrow resides quietly in our driveway. Like Possum said, lot of pictures for those of us who can't be there...

A discussion on the T&TTT forum concerning what is the most difficult part in building you own teardrop. My reply was "in knowing when it is finished". And then discussed that they never really are, or at least mine is not. I hacked a 5,000 BTU AC by have a plenum that attaches in the front with 4" hoses that go in to the side of the teardrop through marine deck plates. It works well and was not very expensive to modify. There were a couple of things I had to do to get it all to work, addition of a bilge blower to help move air along enough to keep coils from icing up use of a PWM to slow the blower down... Had a problem at a big Tearjerkers gathering (147 Tears), with the PWM failing and the hoses falling out of the side of the trailer, they were PVC pipe fittings jammed in with gasket material that died of old age. I have spent the last couple of days improving on the original hack design.
