Ha ha now, you best be brewing and practicing your butt smoking and beef boiling for the great northwest GC! We might have to give Steve a day off from the cooking chores!

Thanks Mary!
Gwen's dirt shows, but it is a protective layer of value adding patina.

Yes, but the guessing game is where the unwashed get skinned alive. The wise traders wait until the blood on the floor has clotted and dried. I've been kicked around enough times to know when to come out of hiding.

Love the analysts terms: market correction, false bottom, support line, below valuation, overbought, oversold, etc.. Fancy talk for "We don't have a clue, but gotta say something."

But here is a clue. Printing press money. Watch who is doing it, and what they call it as well as what backs it up.

Nuff said. I'm outta here. Going to grout my tile.

The financial geeks (coin-operated) say "stay in for the long haul, don't miss the up tick". But commission free trading and getting out at a 10 rather than recovering from a 9 (or less!) makes easy sense for me.
My ears burned on Thursday. I moved on Friday. Bargains come along AFTER the correction (or whatever it is).

I'm putting my money on orange fishnet firewood!

Son called me last nite wanting to know when we would be back.
How sweet he misses me.
Said he had about 20 acres to fence and it was getting cooler back home. DIL yelling in background, come home please, he's working me to death.

It's good to be wanted!

And as Tim slowly rides into the sunrise a D-I-L starts to breathe easier.

And so another GC ends as normal, we couldn't make this one either.

Sarah, this is a little late, but yes we have a Gen-turi. We don't need it much, but it's easy to utilize when we do need it. We paid just over $100 for ours at a rally. I can build stuff, but that's just too cheap to bother with, and the ready-built stuff works really well.

When we need the generator, the exhaust just goes over the top and blows away. I don't think it helps much with the noise, but most of the sound comes from the mechanical stuff thrashing around, not the exhaust.

I think you will like it.

Thank you, Tom. I appreciate your input and I agree that the $100 price isn't a biggie. I don't care about the genny noise; our air conditioners sound like jets taking off so that pretty much drowns out everything. I'm more concerned about waking up if I go to sleep, lol!!

I have ordered yet another CO detector for the RV (that will make 3; better safe than sorry!! ) If we experience another alarm then it will be time to take further action and either 1) trade the Bounder in or 2) get a Gen-Turi!

No naps...yet. Driving, driving and more driving. Goodbye Kansas hello Missouri.

Jackie has been pecking in to see what you mutants are up to.
