New location Snoqualmie Casino east of Seattle. Broke even and had a fine breakfast for supper.

Will attempt some videos tonight. And failed again.

The campground in Huntington, OR called Catfish Junction is down right cool. It would be a good location for a NW GC. Meets most of the criteria and has a boondocking riverside lot right next door (a class A was there when we were in the CG). Someone could go on a float trip down the Snake River looking for those elusive fishies.

Here's a twilight picture of the area.

That is WAY cool! Congrats, Dennis!!!

And now, for our GOOD NEWS: Lubbock Freightliner found source of Bow's oil leak and Cummins has said they will cover it. Freightliner has Bow in a bay waiting on parts (gasket and misc. items) that Cummins is sending down tomorrow.

But wait ... it gets better! Freightliner rep who called me said, "Mel, you have had the worst luck with your coach ... all these problems and NONE of them are your fault! We installed a new condenser and then one of the tow companies damaged it. Cummins mechanic made a mistake and it cost you a ton of hassles, two missed weekends of camping and a lot of anxiety. We had your coach for 16 days before we looked at it. Well, we are going to fix the condenser for you, no charge." I thanked him as I got choked up and cried for joy.

Cummins in Amarillo came through. Lubbock Freightliner guys Rance and Cory are the best. I'm going to deliver pizzas to all the guys at Freightlinier on Friday, but shhhhh ... it's a surprise! They really are terrific folks.
YEAH ! ! ! There is good in this world after all.

That's right, Steve. There is good in the world! There are good, honest, compassionate people every where. We were so fortunate to have found some of them.

Steve, we've been to Snoqualmie! We didn't camp there, but went with some Seattle friends to see the falls. If y'all get a chance, don't miss Snoqualmie Falls!

We're going there Monday with Mary Ann's friends.

BTW, every mutant needs to ride the following route: I15, I84, I82, and then I90 (chart it on an atlas). Scenery beyond description. However, you do need to hone your downshifting and upshifting skills. Our MH behaved just fine.

Good news on the house! Not so good on the smoke.

There is a post on the Entegra forum that isn't too favorable on McCall RV Resort. Maybe you can provide some color... or info.

We are all glad you're home sage and sound. It was great mutating with you. Next time you can break in a mutant or two. It's tough going but someone has to do it!
I went and read the reply you mentioned. Our site was gravel but was level. We didn't have to add anything to level it. They also have paved sites. The people who worked there were very friendly. I will post some more pics of the resort later. The cord for my phone is still in the RV. We've got to go get some of our stuff tomorrow. I would stay there again.

Thanks Deb. I wondered about the ants at McCall.
I mean... "ants"... geesh. I have Terro for inside - and while I will take heat for this - Amdro for outside if needed. Bug spray, Wasp spray, etc. A leaf blower and a weed eater.... I would miss them!
