Good morning mutants!
Wayne and Herb - you boys behave now, ya here.

Mel... it's Friday! Tell Bow hello! Enjoy your time on the rainbow.

Deb and Dale... great news on the smoke clearing.

Tim and Mary - sorry about the flat - but agree - better on a trail than in tow. Travel safely brother.

Forgetting something I know - but the first cuppa hasn't kicked in yet.

High time, too! It's been tough on everyone involved, I know, and thank heaven for dedicated firefighters!

Maybe I should set those two up on my web site so they can have someone to talk to. So nice to be able to say things about them and not have them be able to reply. Hmmm! May be a good thing - NOT.

Look up procrastinate and you'll probably find my picture!
Now Tim, there are a lot of us that are just happy that you procrastinated and finally got a bath.

We did everything we could but no matter what we tried our little Izzy's health is deteriorating at an alarming rate. I just weighed her and she is down to 3.1336 pounds which is about half of what she should weigh. Everything we have been feeding her of late has started to be regurgitated after about an hour. We love her too much and put off the decision too long. She has no longer got a quality of life even close to being meaningful. We hate this part but we have to let her go.

Funny how deeply they work their way into your heart and how hard proper decisions on their welfare become. I don't know how to say what I want to say but somehow I'm feeling we failed her. We love the little munchkin to death and don't want her to suffer and we feel she is now starting to suffer.

Keep us in your thoughts today, thank you.
