My mother (1/2 Swede) made coffee with the raw egg in a Corning glass peculator. Only for special holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas. I think it gave the coffee a richer, mellower taste.

Earlene has the iPad4 and I inherited the iPad (notice no number but if you want to give it a number it would be 1). However, on the other side of the fruit bowl I have a 27 iMac with retna display, 2010 MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, iPhone 6 (iphone 2 in a box some where jail broken). So you could say I have a full fruit bowl.

Come on, you know bigger is better. My iPhone is 128Gb and Earlene's iPad4 is 128Gb. If they made one bigger I would have had it.

Yah... the pitty mix is male and he really could care less about the baby...
The big sister dane/lab mix is nutso about the baby. She seems to be doing good on her potty training. Tomorrow will be the longest intervals she will have to undergo, so we shall see. I get to see her bright and early at 8:30...
(ok, early for me... I'm usually rolling out of bed a half hour or more later, unless I have something important like many $$ to do)

Dwayne and Shara will be out hours before we will. Early rising mutants they are! We'll miss them but suspect we'll see em in the warm winter southern sunshine before year end.

You'll look great sitting in the back seat. (Kate won't give up the front, so don't get your hope up.)

Oh, I forgot to mention the Cactus. Great venue for live music.
My brother has tickets to see Joe, but we're passing this time.

Anyhow, if'n any Mutants come through Lubbock, let us know. We'll take you to see some of those places on my list. Summer or early fall is best. Winter is no fun (cold and dry) and the winds can be fierce in the spring, when all the farmers trade land. (The wind carries a heckuva lot of dust with it in the spring.) But, you may be too late .... I'm having back to back knee surgeries starting Sept. 23 (second one possibly 10 weeks later). And we will likely hit the road sometime in March. Can you hear us singing "Hallelujah!"?

Oh, and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, WAYNE AND EARLENE!!!

I can't keep up. I thought I read where somebody posted a Happy Anniversary to Wayne & Earlene. Maybe not? Well, they will have an anniversary some time. (As long as Earlene keeps sayin' "yes"). Ha! In the mean time, a very happy anniversary to Jeff and Marcia!

Sending anniversary wishes out to whoever needs 'em, prolly Jeff & Marcia. How many?

Our 23rd was the 8th. Martin had his last wisdom tooth removed in the morning (wisecracks galore on that!), and I went to a spinners & weavers guild meeting in the evening. In between, we had a crockpot dinner and agreed to celebrate properly on another day. 😎

Oh no! We missed your anniversary?! Well, we hope you really do have a proper celebration soon. 23 years is something to celebrate! How about posting some wedding pics? ;-)
