Not quite Hillbilly Bacon, but if I had some Hippie Hot Dogs I'd give it a try...
Picked it up yesterday at Kinikin Processing in Montrose along with some ground buffalo, ground elk, and an elk tenderloin with Jeff and Marcia. Elk tenderloin for dinner tomorrow. Can't wait, cause Jeff has it prepped for the grill.

ok... I've checked the thread too many times... I'm getting ansty, I wanna hear how well Moonrover is doing.... but I think I'll just log out and wait.... anticipation is driving me mad...

Me too.... But his wife doesnt know how to post, so if he is still groggy, it will not be his priority.... He also had a later scheduled time, which could also have been delayed.....
But yes, it is bothering me also.......

He wasn't scheduled to check in until 9am so his surgery was likely at 11am. I've noticed that the later in the day the further behind they get. And I assume his surgery was somewhat lengthy.
Anyone know what time zone he's in?

Well... 2.5 miles from my place and out of season occurrence made excitement tonight... all safe, 1 home hit, no injuries reported so far...
