Good morning all yee who mutate. The sun is shining on the Pahrump Valley this morning. Looks to be a beautiful day ahead.
Monday we move down to Vegas and wait for the call from the doc on the biopsy. I have to say - I'm not concerned about this. The doc says basal cell skin cancer has a 0.something probability of spreading elsewhere and is nothing to worry about. I have probably had about 15 of those frozen in the 3 visits with him.
The Squamis cell carcinomas are a little worse. About a 2% chance of spreading accounting to the doc. I have had 2 of those removed and and the forehead biopsy is still out. The first one that was removed is but a memory. The one that was on my arm was biopsied even with my arm. It healed and never grew back. To be on the safe side, he scooped it out anyway.
The thing on my head was small and I'm sure no worse than anything so far. I appreciate all the Omms and thoughtful inquiry so I wanted you to know that it really does seem to be nothing much.
The doc isn't concerned and is very assuring. So let's not worry about it! We live each day with higher probabilities of disaster than a 2% chance something that was caught early and removed will get us...
Thanks again though. The Ommmms generators of the RVMdom are indeed a powerful blessing.

We can move this conversation to the yahoo email later - but let's start it here.
Colleen asked me about Catherine's Landing in May. I know Dave has an obligation in PA sometime in May, so earlier in the month works better for him, if at all. We can make it to CL by May 5th.
So if we have interest in May 5th - out the 12th... for a 3rd Ever GC@CL the 5th of May - for a week... we're game.
Any interest?

We just need to get a possible head count and if there's interest we will put the ball in play.

Well.. update. May 5th - 12th is open at CL. They have last year's row - Buttermilk Rd open - the 1 across from the Pavillion. I have Mr Malone signed up and we're in so that's 2. 10 constitutes a group and the discount is 20% off the $239.99 - ($191.91) but I have not talked to the group coordinator to try to swing a "previously hail damaged discount" from them.
The group coordinator is Jennifer and while she was there last year, somehow I don't remember who she is - but she will call me Monday.

Dwayne, all bets are off with the jeep. I have found a great deal on a TRACKER and it comes with the hitch and all so I may be selling the Roadmaster I have. I just may be the guy, sitting in a tracker at the bottom of the run saying, "If he don't get back do I get to drink this beer he has me holding?"
The only deal breaker is if the Tracker doesn't have air-conditioning.
