You got em! Roll out the ommms blanket along with the electric one. Did I make it in time for the interview?

Hope it's a great and joyful weekend w/ good news all 'round!

Hey! I snagged 47,000! Quite by accident, and it doesn't carry the cachet of 50,000, but I'll take it. When do the temps send out the golden unicorn?

News: Martin had a call from "cusstomer" service this morning. Bella is ready, so they say. They found our original doors, swapped out the handles with key-matching locks, and resprayed. Their own in house paint specialist did the job.

Pictures are promised. Holding my breath. Not. We aren't driving up there again till pics and weather are more favorable!

Progress? Maybe. 🙄

Thanks, oh great and powerful Poohbah! Looks as if I'll have to be an Artful Dodger to avoid being skewered!

I vote you get a pay raise.

Sad news: One of our 2 rescue cats signed his own fate when he chose the bare floors in 2 rooms to be his preferred litterboxes. He wouldn't accept retraining (I tried) and we are out of time. Martin won't risk that behavior in the rig; can't blame him. Still, I'm very unhappy it happened that way.

OTOH, Betsy is a sweetheart. And, she can catch mice even w/o claws. Teeth work quite well, thank you. 'Course, she isn't sure what to do once she's caught them, but by golly she knows it's her job to stalk and catch!

When I realized I needed to add another creature to our family I considered a kitten for about 20 seconds. Then I remembered cleaning the kitty litter box for my Boss's 2 cats. That's when I decided a puppy would fit into our tiny house on wheels easier.

If it wasn't for Sena needing to have something to boss around it would just be the 2 of us. That's not to stay I don't adore Lily and she has a forever home with us.

I think that's why Mary keeps me around!

Yes dear I'm coming!
Is there anything else I can get you?
Are you comfortable?

Well, with the skills Sena has learned ie. opening the windows and doors, etc... kitty probably wouldn't have lasted too long, she'd have gotten out, and most cats don't come when called... but then, it appears neither does little miss Lily...but at least she will walk on a leash rather than having to be drug around on one...

Mutant Leader One.... so looking forward to meeting you, two too, and all the rest in February. Meeting the original Unicorn man is very high up the wish list also but ....

It would be way betterer if everyone could make it but we know there's time and money limitations, that's for sure.
