Lily has learned that she is not allowed out the RV door unless I tell her, "OK". But to be on the safe side I have a mini bungee cord that will secure the screen door. Sena slides open the plastic panel and steps on the door latch as she goes out. The bungee allows the screen door to only open about an inch.

Fair warning to those of who will be in Tucson Feb 1-8, and Dead Horse Ranch State Park in April -- Sena can open YOUR screen door just as easily. She loves to raid refrigerators and cabinets.

Living on Pacific time - my posting is off... too late in the morning - too late in the evening to find many mutants around.

Sue - Good to hear Bella is nearing completion - and that they found your doors. Lol. Although mix and match bays could be fun. A patchwork of doors! And HI 5 on capturing the 47 thousandth post! Woot! Woot!

Elizabeth and Mary - success ommms... Enjoy the rainbow!
-!-

Mel - come out, come out wherever you are!

Dale - nice job filling the freezer.

Tim - learn from Dale!

Possum - you're still Possum to me. We I can't believe we're finally going to meet Denise.

Time for a snack!

RE: Center of the Universe and all that

I have/had family in the Champaign-Urbana. Grandparents lived in Urbana, some cousins still in the area. Aunts/uncles lived there too. Mom lived in Philo, an aunt in Mahomet. Great-grandparents had farms in the southern part of the state. I was born farther east in Danville but grew up in a small town in Indiana...

Enough family history, back to RV talk...

And Annie is from Normal. We will be there sometime in May.
Maybe we can make a mini or midi - or dare I say it... a GC up there somewhere.

Cool! Come back for a(nother) visit!

Oh, oops! Cold weather is a factor when thinking of rigs on the driveway. Maybe in the summer, then, eh?

See? I can keep it on RV topics!

Mmm-mmmm! Open wide...! 😋

Ours was calf liver w/bacon and onions; cauliflower purée; carrot chunks. Cookbook calls it Calf Liver Lyonnaise. Fancy schmancy for nifty food from my childhood. Martin's mum would have made a hearty onion gravy for it.

'Night All! The wind is down, finally, so sleep might come easier tonight. Sweet dreams to mutants everywhere!

R U an RV Mutant too?

Gooood mooorning, muteys near and far! Sheesh! Mine was the last post? Y'all are slacking!

Our Bella is ready and the pic sent us looks pretty good, so it's off to IN next week to bring her home. Finally. It's only been 7-8 weeks!

We keep stacking things by the door in anticipation of loading. So much so that I almost can't find the chair that supports the pile. It'll be all hands to the wheel once Bella is back!

Getting antsy here. Must be time to ... what is it, Dave & Steve? ... smash and stash! Yeah, that's it!

Y'all be good and careful out there. It is, after all, Friday the 13th!
