It looks like we will have plenty this year. My meals usually are venison that I fix. If you ate any of my bean dish in Bryce, you had some of last year's. Wild game is like eating chicken or turkey. It is very lean meat. Better for you than beef. Swing by anytime for a steak or two. A little chicken fried bite size will just melt in your mouth.

Also it's organic and grass fed w/o antibiotics. Driving by cattle feedlots is enough to make me quit eating beef. Nothing good for you could come from a place that smells that bad.
