NEW update for the gathering in AZ

I'm hoping that the attachment contains everything on the spreadsheet that I put on it to post to you.

I can't contact you by email if I don't have your email address.

We have 15 sites aligned with each other in the fairground RV area. These are going to be saved for the first 15 mutants that told me that "We are going to attend the gathering for the following dates and we've called the fairground RV office and they're expecting us". On the spreadsheet they're the 15 mutants that have the **TBD designation in the column entitled "sites/nights of".

The rest of the Mutants signing up with definite "I'll be there and I called the RV office" will be placed elsewhere in the fairground's campground as close to the mutant cluster as the office can put you.

Please PM me if anything confuses you.

I don't know how to tell you this but that really really big Island to the northeast of the three you mentioned is actually the fourth Maritime Province.

You could use Port Alberni as a jumping off start place as it would give everyone a chance to wet their toes in Ocean water and get used to being sea sick.

But, But, But... Port Alberni is clear across the vast country on the West coast!!

How about a stick in the mud for a GC in Maine?
My gut tells me that many may not have been there, and some never got past Portland. So, this would be a fine intro to TRM (The Real Maine). After the GC some will move further on into the Maritimes to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. I know I will.
Proposed plan:
When: August 15-21 2016
Where: Timberland Acres RV Park, Trenton. Much cheaper and quieter than Bah Hawbah camps. Just a beautiful 14 mile drive from Bar Harbor, Acadia Park, Schoodic Point, grand drives to coves and islands, Lobstah and blueberries.
http://www.timberlandacresrvpark.com/index.htm
The Annual Machias Blueberry Festival will be Aug 19-20.
http://www.machiasblueberry.com/docs...b-schedule.pdf
Before the GC, maybe we should gather at a central launch point? I have some candidate parks in NY State. But may youse folks know better places.
Hey Carl, can you lend your expertise? Perhaps others know stuff and we can share a round table time in Tucson?

First Ever _____Grand Curosity?

First Ever Maine & Maritimes GC
Maine is in the Maritimes. NB and NS are a bit up the pike, but I want to do more there.
FYI, phone service is often sketchy in Canada, and expensive if you use it. I just turn them off and check for messages once per day. Last time, in New Brunswick, being foneless was a nifty blessing of freedom. So much to see and do!
You can bring 1 liter of alcohol into Canada. Stick to that and you will save lots of time and $. Save the $ for grand sites and FOOD.

We've spent 3 or 4 nights there. It will do just fine. Lotsa space.

Only hang-up might be finding room there for all of the mutants in mid August. You know. . . . . all of those tourist types. LOL

We need to have names firmly set and make early reservations.
