There comes a point in life where you ask yourself why you keep on with your daily routine. That point came for me today. I can't continue to do what I do for 10 more years.

Time to formulate a plan and get rid of stuff. I think I have my best friend of 36 years and Wife of 34 years liking my idea.

Curiouser and curiouser!
------
Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?'

'That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,' said the Cat.

'I don't much care where -' said Alice.

'Then it doesn't matter which way you go,' said the Cat.

'- so long as I get SOMEWHERE,' Alice added as an explanation.

'Oh, you're sure to do that,' said the Cat, 'if you only walk long enough.
-------
Begin at the beginning," the King said, very gravely, "and go on till you come to the end: then stop.

Good thing ZI got her blankie done when I did. Working on knitted kitties now for 2 nieces babies, one happened before Thanksgiving, and the other happening in March, in brazil so need shipping time on that one!
Our great grandbaby is due in March. A visit to see the baby before returning home is a distinct possibility. Give us a reason for visiting our best friends in Silver Creek NY on the way to Ontario.

For Christmas we're taking Gracie and headed to Campbell River to be with the kids and step kids. We will then come back here for a second Christmas dinner with friends and our son and then off to Nanaimo for a New Years party. Wednesday January 6th will see me in seeing a specialist about when he will be able to schedule my surgery on my shoulder (looking like late 16 or early 17[love our healthcare system) and then we depart for parts south probably the following Wednesday. I want to go through SoCal freeways on the Sunday.

R U an RV Mutant too?

Wow, there are Grand babys soon to arrive, planned for, expected early, must go to see, blankys and booties to knit, with birthdays.....
The "Grand" of being a grandparent has no peer in the realm of proudness and unconditional love...and spoiling!
Nola and I, from very good experience, congratulate RVMs with, or soon to have, Grands.
Our GKs are aging out beyond the formative years into their adult lives. So, as we wonder about how we will feel WHEN we become GGPs, our knee-jerk thoughts are....a do-over! Spoiling time and unconditional love, AGAIN!
We won't push them or the clock, but we are primed, practiced, and READY!!!!

Ya know, I get an urge to clean out my accumulated 'stuff' here at my home every winter, and make a start cleaning out stuff and quickly get overwhelmed, and then start accumulating again... sigh. Today, I finally told Bob... I need help. He promptly took me out to shop and go to a dinner theater....sigh. Maybe I'll hire help with the windfall Facebook keeps telling me that is supposed to come my way in 2016.
snort... giggle... I think I had too much to drink tonight! LOL! I lack discipline to get it done.

Coleen & Hunter,

Look at RV Park Reviews and the 7 and above ratings would be my pick. Another one is Braunig Lake but ask for the premium side. the standard side is two close together.

Are you retired military? If so, Fort Sam Houston is great. We stay there all the time. I have been to Braunig and Admiralty and both are satisfactory. If you don't have to stay in SA proper there are many CG's within a 20-30 mile radius. Further up the road is Austin and between SA and Austin are some nice CGs.
