That'd be great, Carl! I am looking at three different RV campgrounds, one of which is on an island in Lake Champlain and is for 55 & over. My sis has good friends in Burlington that we'll hook up with, as well, although they don't RV. But they'll know all the best restaurants, sites to see, etc.

Hi Kate!
Yep, things are lining up. Sooooo much to do. You didn't warn me enough! After this next knee replacement, I am counting on a much speedier rehab and recovery. We'll see y'all in AZ.

The Belgian Tervuren looks nice. Bob is just uglier now-a-days.

Miya misses her husband, Ranger.

While out on medical leave, I've been trying to go through our collection of 20+ years of stuff. Whew! It can get overwhelming!

But I figured out Steve's system. If I'm disciplined, it works. We are giving away tons of stuff to family and friends, donating tons of stuff to Salvation Army, Goodwill and such, and throwing away another ton of stuff. Purging. It feels great. Kate didn't think I could do it. Proving her wrong.

So, Marty, your cleaning/purging wouldn't be in preparation for hitting the outer Rainbow full time, would it???
No, Mel. I'm not sure I could ever do the extended dance around on the outer rainbow... I'm too connected to the green grass and plants and garden stuff. Perhaps in the future we'll spend more time out there, but pretty sure we'd need a bigger box for that. Bob gets to the point where he's had enough of the box after a week, we've stretched it to 2 before in Honey, but it takes all the goodness and patience God can work in us at the current time, and even then, Bob gets home a tad on the grumpy side. This RV is my toy. He's a fly boy, and prefers to be in the sky. Or his easy chair reading, or out back tinkering with his fly boy toy.

Did Earlene learn how to play cards from you and Mary, or vice versa?

That Terv in the picture with Bob is Ranger's 20x great grandmother. Ranger sends Lady Miya his love.

Good that you remember being 14. I doubt that Bob can.

Di and Tim, Bob is the one with weak eyes. He can't speak Belgian either.

On a sad note: We had to let Rex go last Friday. It was very hard, and we miss him so much. He was gentle and loyal and so loving.

Jne, Our condolences for your loss of Rex.
What a beautiful dog; he'll have a ton of playmates at the bridge.

So very sad to learn about Rex's passing, Jeannie. He was, as Di said, such a regal, handsome, wonderful guy. You know I was completely smitten by your Tervs. Know you must miss Rex profoundly. Ohmmmmms for your hearts - tender with an ache that only time will heal.
