This is a combination post in response to here and the email posts....
When Larry and I married i gave to sons all previous special Christmas ornaments etc.
larry and i got new tree, and then another, etc.... Our fav is a 6' santa that sings and dances....

But this year, all of the tubs are still in the attic.... Santa is out, but for some reason he was only singing in Spanish....
Instead a bought a new tree... Picture below... New ornaments... All grandkid proof... It will remain undecorated until the grands dress and then undress as much as they want..... Saw Mary when i was getting it yesterday....

And Larry did get Santa speaking English again.... How? Press #1 i guess....

R U an RV Mutant

Oohhh the humanity.

Only 5 w**k days left between now and end of the year. Start new job Jan 4th.

Been throwing and giving stuff away and trying to finish up some things left over from home build.

Driving south past Sue & Martan's S &B this Thursday for DGS Christmas play.

Take care mutants, be safe out there, and ooohhmmmms to those in need.

Steve et al,

I found this on another thread.

Quote:
Stop in Lake Havasu City on AZ-95.

Though it's kind of a long-in-the-tooth campground, I recommend staying at Crazy Horse Campground because of the great lake views. If you can snag a site on the front row of North Beach, it's a really great location.

Either rent of pontoon boat or take Jet Boat Tour up the Colorado River and through Topock Gorge.

Guess what I did

Talked to a lady on the phone. Real friendly sort.

She was calling me in response to my email. Their campground is closed for the winter.

We confirmed our reservation for a summer visit... She said a lot of mutants have done the same thing lately.

Woot Woot Hot damn Things are going to be great !

Papaw Steve -
Tim and others going to Maine - Dave and I have discussed making the Maine side of M&M GC the second M. Meaning into Maritimes first...

Dave is looking at sites and such across the border. Site availability will be a factor - but for those of us heading back west for actual fall and winter, it might be better to do the Maritimes first.

Just being transparent on conversations not typed... but spoken.

Beautiful day in Eloy!

No, Barb, still need the cane. Instability in knees. Hi Wayne (and Earlene). The "other knee" is waiting to be taken to wherever it is that old, arthritic joints go. They'll replace it on 12/30. Yay!!!!! Ready to "git 'er done."

Please send healing ommmmmms to my mom. She went in hospital today with pneumonia in the lower lobe of her right lung ... again. This is the 5th or 6th bout of pneumonia for her in less than 3 years. She's a trooper, but at age 87, it's hard for her to recover.

Dennis, you know I love ya, bro.
