Tim, please don't take the one that blinks. RVM0 needs him to help bring my secret OOTK toys.

Woot, Carl!
I have pre-advised Debbie that there are certain RVMs that require special site placement. All is well.
Is there a volunteer to be the RVM Unicorn pro-tem at FEM&MGC?

I will never get the shingles vaccine or any live virus vaccine because of Sena. If I had a reaction to the vaccine, she could contract chicken pox which is fatal to capuchins.
But the vaccine is only 51% affective, so half the people vaccinated will still get shingles. Those are not great odds. And if you are around an infant too young for the chicken pox vaccine or someone with severely compromised immunity you can put them at risk.
Now that kids are being vaccinated against chicken pox, it might be that there will come a day that like small pox, chicken pox may be eliminated from our country. No chicken pox means no shingles.

Well, Bob and I made horehounds this afternoon... but they are for presents for unexpected guests which are working their way into our Christmas. (Not that I haven't been taste testing them...)
Still have a little shopping to do, and I got informed to consider ourselves 'on call' as DIL is having contractions for a minute every 10 minutes as of 4:30 this afternoon. Little Peace may beat RVM0 at this rate! She wasn't going to show up originally until after New Years day.

For some reason, when I try to edit from my phone and attach a picture, it doesn't let me do the picture. So this is what the look like. We pull them the old fashioned way rather pour into molds.

So, if Peace bides her time, we'll do candy canes tomorrow.

Marty, horehound was my Dads top fav candy. I always bought some at Woolworths as a stocking stuffer. We savored it together. The rest of the fam said blech!

Such a quite day in the RVMdom... we went to a casino somewhere in Tucson. I put a tracking locator on my money so we can find our way back!

Is that how Tim finds his way home from the "Bucky Bucky" blind?
Today was the Annual Tamale Festival in Somerton, a fine charitable event. We sample many of the 40+ vendors and the bring some home to freeze.
The winner for us was the one that won the top prize for "The Most Authentic Tamales".
And the music was grand!
