Dwayne, I am prone to severe stomach and intestine pain and use probiotic medications when that happens. I am taking antibiotics for a long term problem and that caused the imbalance in my system which in turn caused the pain. It may be worth the experiment to see if that helps make the pain subside or completely go away.

If she can't sleep give her a sleeping pill. If she can't poop give her a laxative. Please don't do both at the same time.

Pain meds cause severe constipation. Here's what my British nurse gave me this morning: A "Brown Cow" - In a coffee cup, add 1 small can prune juice, 2 tablespoons Milk of Magnesia, 2 pats Butter. Heat in microwave til butter melts and mixture is very warm. Drink all within 10 minutes and clear a path to the bathroom.

If I drank that, I'd better clear a path to the bathroom before, because their wouldn't be enough time after.

LOL. If you've been given a lot of pain medication, it may take 2 or 3 Brown Cows! But if you aren't taking pain meds, a Brown Cow may give you a reason to NEED some pain medication!

Morphine, OxyContin, Norco, Torodol ... After 3 days of that, it's like you are made of concrete! These nurses are great, though. They know lots of tricks. 😉

Jeff:

I watched the Cotton Bowl to offer you and MI some help - BUT - I just couldn't do enough. Sorry for their loss.

I heard MI didn't show up!

Anyone notice how lop sided most of the Bowl Games have been? If this type pairing continues I can see attendance dropping in years to come!

Good Morning Tim:

We're thinking about doing some more "park hosting" again this summer, but we haven't decided where we want to go.

Where are you guys going?

Yes. Soon they will crowd into AR to watch the FBC, Fence Building Championships. The fans will mimic them in all mannerisms so barbers nationwide will be unemployed and sit home to watch Grizzly Adams reruns.

Rooted for Michigan State, my DDIL's alma mater. Hoped for a MSU victory for our sweet Brittany. Maybe next year. Bama is just too good. It would seem that the two best teams are playing for the championship. I'll root for Clemson! Whatever, will no doubt be one heckuva game!

We will be splitting our time between two local State Parks. Crappie season at one then trot line and catfish at the other. We may have to cut short our stay this year as we have a new grand expected to arrive in June!
