Most of those are Dave, Wayne, Steve and I logging in and then forgetting why we logged in.

Dwayne, sorry to hear of your father's passing. Prayers for your dad's admittance to Heaven. Thoughts, prayers and condolences to you and your family at this difficult time. Continued prayers for a speedy recovery for Shara.

You'll always miss him, but the first couple of years are the hardest.
I just hope you don't have any nightmares about it all. When my daddy died, part of my mind just wouldn't accept it, and gave me nightmares about him not really being dead. That was harder to deal with than actually knowing he had had a brain tumor and passed quickly from it. I am glad we resolved our differences before he passed, I'm sure it would have been much harder had we not. Know prayers are being said for all involved.

We've been saying it's just as well we hadn't left. Weather's been better here than anywhere we had planned on.

Now Steve's and Wayne's backyards seem pretty good, actually. Shoulda been there!

Sorry to miss mini-ceeing with y'all, though. You never know -- it could still happen. You've been warned!

Cheers!

Sue there are plenty of other places to stay on your way West. Ever heard of a place called Catherine's Landing or Cloud 9 is closer to I-30. There is also a park here in Benton just off I-30 so y'all come on!

Pat and I are making our way west to Tucson for the February study class. We''re currently at Marble Falls, Texas, with plans made for our next stop at Buckhorn Lake, Kerrville, Texas. Ok where after that? All i can see on the maps is open space and a few small towns along I-10, does anyone have any ideas or recommendations for stopovers between Kerrville and Tucson. We'd like to stay south as it's cold enough anyway.

Thank you all,

Barry. Where are you tonight? We are running the same path. But are in a truck stop in Fort Stockton. Sometimes we just pull over and sleep. Plans are to go further west ten come back to Tucson. Btw still some snow on roadsides here in places.
