BAG ... Hmmmmm. Reminds me of a story my ex heard at work one day about 35 years ago....

Joe Ed was talking to Mark, a college student and summer intern, about mowing his yard on a regular basis. Mark needed the extra cash. Joe Ed told Mark that he had a push mower, an edger, and a fertilizer spreader.

Mark asked, "Joe Ed, do you have a bag for your mower?"

Joe Ed didn't miss a beat or change his expression. "Yeah, but I can't get her to push it."

Asking for ommmmms, Mutants, that our house will sell in the next 6-7 weeks! It's going on the market next week! A neighbor 4 doors down just put his house on the market this past weekend. Competition. Ugh. The house just next door to us sold a few weeks ago.

Ok Mel, I think this calls for a different chant -- ohms for personal healing, mohmms for mechanical healing and sohmms for sell it fast.

I'm sure you really don't need them, but sending a bushel of sohmms anyway. We'll see you and Kate in Arizona soon.

folks may start wondering what's wrong with the neighborhood... but we found that to be true in our experience also... we built a home north of here about 30 miles, and moved in and started our family... as the kids grew and the grandparents aged, we decided it was time to get out of the split level so the house would have a bathroom on the same floor that my mom would stay on when she got older and needed to come live with us... about the same time or shortly after, all my kid's friends were moving to larger homes in different neighborhoods also...but it did look weird driving down the street seeing so many homes for sale in that one neighborhood.

So delicate in this rocky country.

Mel, all the best, and many FSBOmmmms got the house sale!

We hadn't been out this way for years, unless you count the Rockport excursion, so I'm really enjoying the journey.

Well, that could be. But our realtor (Cynthia) tells us that garden homes (like ours) are hot items in the real estate market here right now. Just talked with her and she told me to settle down. LOL. Cynthia said she has a buyer who has cash in hand and wants a garden home on a cul de sac (like ours) and wanted to know if she can bring her by on Friday morning for a preview. (We haven't officially gotten it on the market just yet. Will probably go on the MLS next week.) A cash buyer? Are you kidding me???! Of course I told the realtor to bring the buyer and tell her we will throw in the surround sound and 47" LG flat panel tv!

You're a true Mutant, Sue.

Thanks so very much for the sohmmmms for our house to sell. We know it will. Just hope it's sooner than later! Realtor tells us that there is a lot of demand and not a lot of inventory right, meaning it's a seller's market! Hooray!!!

Di, don't let Larry stop there. He's handsome without tattoos.

I, on the other hand, am thinking about getting a tattoo artist to design a cool tattoo to disguise this funny, semi S-shaped scar on my right knee (the one where I had the open fracture last year). I mean, if I've gotta go through the rest of my life with knee-knockin' scars, then why not jazz one of 'em up a little bit? Of course, it would be at least a year from now before I'd do such a thing. Don't want to risk getting an infection!
