So delicate in this rocky country.

Mel, all the best, and many FSBOmmmms got the house sale!

We hadn't been out this way for years, unless you count the Rockport excursion, so I'm really enjoying the journey.
Now that vacation has started...

I probably won't get to that rest area until sometime Friday, I'll water the flower when I'm there.

Mel, it shouldn't hurt much to get that knee tattooed. The skin on knees are still quite numb. And since next week will be the second anniversary of my surgery, I'm thinking I won't be getting any more sensation back.

Di, don't let Larry stop there. He's handsome without tattoos.

I, on the other hand, am thinking about getting a tattoo artist to design a cool tattoo to disguise this funny, semi S-shaped scar on my right knee (the one where I had the open fracture last year). Not only that... you need to wait until the scar tissue is soft enough for it to take.... When I was looking to get my tattoos after my mastectomy, Whispering Danny sent me home 3 times saying, your skin isn't ready yet... give it time, be patient.... That was so long ago, I need touch ups already and am dreading that because now I have more feeling in the scar area!

I dunno, I get more feeling closer and closer to my 'looks like I walked into a hot wire' scars as time goes on... and it'll be 10 years in June.... didn't get the tats until 2 years after...

Eight inches of snow this morning. The owner was not pulling my leg! It'll be 80* by the time you pass here, Carl.

I'm still enjoying the journey, from the comfort of our picnic table overlooking the road ahead. It's a long, long view!

See you soon! Hey, is there a prize for being first?

Sorry sue, but I have the better picture of the Mariachi.

But then Earlene had to point out the a** in the second picture picture and she said it wasn't the rusted one.

Ah, but mine is in a snowbank.

Btw, I know how to keep my wine cool while I loaf at the picnic table: stick it in what's left of a snowdrift. No photo, phone dead; just a sketch and a memory.
