Sure looks funny seeing a cactus in front of a lake... not at all what my mind says should be so...

Souvenir? We'll be sharing stories. You'll do better than pics and words!

Stupid jumping poles!

No kidding!

Our timing for departure is locked in, but I am SICK that we are going to miss James Taylor! (It's a bucket list thing for me.) He is coming to our fair city on April 13, at which time we will be sitting by the campfire in Prescott National Forest, thinking about being at the concert we just missed.

Build a dam and make a reservoir in the desert, and you have cacti for shade.

We had lunch at the Marina - Saguaro Lake. CR-V Mutants GPS lead us there instead of the Superstition Restaurant and Saloon. Turned out to be a great mishap! The Journey... is the destination.

I have an idea for an outing when we are in Tucson. Casa Grande Ruins National Monument. Casa Grande Ruins National Monument (U.S. National Park Service) Denise and I really enjoyed our visit there and I would love to go back just to get some pictures. $5.00 per for admission.

Ride with someone who has the America the Beautiful Senior Pass, and I believe you get in for free.

This is why you're the Grand Potentate, Steve.

You're a superior example of Mutant positivity!

Mel... just watch his website. And all the bands / shows / etc etc. you want to see. Our timing hasn't been very good this past year but I'm always looking. Joe Ely in Montrose Co.

You never know where someone might pop up. James Taylor in Lubbock now... who'd a thunk it. And later Mankato, MN and so on... there are so many things to follow or find. Trying to tie them together and weave an adventure is what the outer rainbow is all about.
There is only the journey. And why not head somewhere to hear a band. Paint a gourd. Catch a fish. While going to see mom and dad, or the new bambino...

That is a club that adds many, many new members each day. I would congratulate you, but membership doesn't have any privileges.

See ya in Tucson!
