I just spent a frustrating 45 minutes on the phone with Humana about how they billed my Rx. The very nice and unhelpful representative recommended this place in Tucson
Guadalajara Original Grill — Tucson Mexican Restaurant

Does anyone have the number for the fair grounds? I need to call and let them know we are coming later. Hope there will be spots left still and hook ups would be great 👍

Fairgrounds 520-762-9100 Ask for the RV campground office.
You need to remember that you don't have a reservation (they don't do reservations), but you're on a list they keep in a folder. It probably says RV Mutants. They were probably expecting you guys on the 1st but tell them you new arrival date.
You guys were on the "first 15" list entitling you to FHU's. But I think they now have 16 or 17 FHU sites for us. Who really knows what their end of the planning looks like. LOL Just tell 'em you're a mutant and that should be enough to get close by with FHU's/

Fuel costs in Tucson
Not all bad news, our Tucson price of fuel! Nice that governments of the world don’t control so much oil that law of supply and demand still rules. Then the bad news, yes, the IRAs have shrunk a bit.

Gasbuddy.com says that the Costco in NE Tucson has regular for $1.43/gallon! What a welcome mat for us RVMs.

Oh yeah! Been dare, done dat. Pretty, eh? Shara? Different from yours.
Had to laugh, cuz I thought the same about bidding and under-bidding. We have a pass also. Those things are common as muck!
We pulled into Hacienda this afternoon (Las Cruces) to a truly mutantatious greeting. Five crazies, if you include Miya, waving and blessing the new rig and waving some more. Wonder what they were using for holy water!!! Wine? Beer? Ditch water? I'll have to ask!
Cheers!
