From there we are considering another caravan to cover more of CO along with AZ & UT. After all of that we have to decide if we are heading back to FL or back down to AZ. Part of the decision process is finding places in AZ or even NM that don't get too darn cold at night. Yuma seems to fit that bill but we don't just want to rush over there.

So, we would like to find a few places in the NM, AZ area to spend a month each in NOV, DEC & JAN. Maybe even another month in FEB and then use that to go into CA. Yuma in JAN or FEB would seem a great place to push into CA.

So...planning is so much fun. LOL
Sounds like a plan. We're sticking to or East one year, West the next. If coming through AR give us a shout, we still try to eat on a regular basis!

Yuma is the warmest by far....usually. December and January are best there. This time it was 60s 70s hi and 30s 40s low, did not need to drop the hoses at night.
We may do SoCal next December/ January. Change of wallpaper and sights.
We follow the weather by rolling dice on the 15-day forecasts. We have had great weather in Sierra Vista, Benson, Casa Grand, and others in those months. A crap shoot!
Sounds like a fine journey coming up for you two!

We love those desert carcasses! Cholla skeletons are prized by wood carvers.

Ok, I think we have established the fact that I can not count. My apologies to Ray and Jan. But as for the Malones -- uh, hmm, ah ... Are they part of Don and Colleen's family under their RVM number or ???

Today was the best weather day in Tucson and I spoiled it by packing up and leaving. We made it as far as Gila Bend where we stopped at a Subway inside a Shell to pick up a sandwich to go. On the way back to the coach Sena started threatening these monsters out front. Click image for larger version

R U an RV Mutant too?

Did anyone else see the moon? Had an early set, but it was interesting.... Didnt have a camera..

But this guy was walking beside the girls and me this morning... Funny, neither he nor the gurls were the slightest bit bothered.

The Mississippi eastbound rest area on I10 is really nice. It has a free RV dumping station and all these neat little side spots for campers to stay. Might be tight with a toad and a big coach but it looked like it'd work. I kept going as Florida is the goal today. Riding the night rainbow!
