Need dates for dead horse as Denise would like to go if we can get home in time for taxman cometh.

We will attend the August GC in Oregon in '17 and Denise is all excited about that eventuality.

Someone call us in the morning with the dates for DH gathering. 360-202-1390

Good morning Mutantville!

Steve, we're gonna make it to Dead Horse, come hell or high water. Can't miss our own retirement party!

I am officially retired and Kate's last day is TODAY! We are so busy trying to get everything done that half the time I forget to eat lunch. I know you remember what life was like for you and Annie a month before you took off for the outer rainbow.

My last day of PT is today! I reached the goals the therapist set for me early. I have been so fortunate to have Becky as my physical therapist. Learned a lot from her that I will continue to use from here on in order to keep these two new knees in hip-hop shape.

What's this about a GC in Oregon in 2017? Sounds intriguing! Never been to Oregon, so might just have to make that GC! Details, please?

Di, at White Sands (Alamogordo - known by locals as "Alamo') you are about an hour and 15 mins from our mountain home in Ruidoso.

Isn't White Sands beautiful?!

Estimated time to attractions - - 1) Flagstaff - 1 hr/9min 2) San Francisco and Humphreys Peak - 1 hr/30 min 3) Sedona - 26 min. 4) Winslow - 2 hrs/11 min 5) Jerome - 12 min 6) Grand Canyon 2 hrs/38 mins 7) Camp Verde - 22 min 8) campfire - - 45 - 70 seconds

Pamphlet says check in time is 2:00 p.m. , so don't get in a big hurry getting here from your last location.
Pawpaw Steve, many thanks for this report! Now we are even more excited about being there ... And with Mutants, too! Life is just too good!

Also, can someone shoot me an updated list of attendees? Wanna be sure we have correct quantities of party favors. :-)

Barb. They had baths on Saturday. Or rather showers in rv shower. But Westies are double coated and can shed dirt quuckly.

Have pics of larry with them climbing a dune in other cam. At the visitor center they sell and then rebuy sleds.

I felt like I was in the big deserts. But the gypsum did indeed feel very different from sand. With that sr pass. No charge and you just drive your rv out. Lots of places to stop.
