Jeff and I went to lunch today.
Mariscos Mar Azul! It was delicious.

Jeff had three fish tacos. I had the Shrimp*Ceviche Tostadas. We split an order of guacamole and I had a 3 oysters on the half shell. Yum.

A very quiet RVMdom today!

I wonder if we need ask...
Anyone wish to declare they too are an RV Mutant. Tell us what your RV doesn't have that you don't miss and declare the Journey is the Destination! That's all there is too it. Well, that and the grueling initiation and exorbitant membership dues, fees and tariffs.

No joke, Steve! It's just me and 7 lurkers now. Did someone plan a party and forget to invite me?

Lol. Not that I'm aware of. :what:
It's difficult to guess what some mutants may be up to these days. It was 90 degrees today - and like everyday for the past 3 weeks folks are swimming, sunning, biking, golfing, hiking, grilling and just plain acting like kids on summer break around here.

So if you're lurking or murking - and the weather has you inside - just post up here, tell us about it and we'll try to cheer you up! We can try.

Does carrying a flat of lettuce, cabbage, and kale seedlings outside to sunbathe for an hour and ha half, and then carrying them back inside count as playing outdoors?

Marty I vote yes!

Well to update everyone on my great outdoor skills I'll give a report on my latest construction project. The barn raising at my sons had come to a halt till building funds build up so I took on a project that I've been planning for some time. I have a deer stand on the highest point on our lease and along a pipeline. Good spot but the stand wasn't big enough to hunt with my grandson.
Now it is! Improved from a 4x4 up to a 4x7' and good tight warm Windows. Had one little problem in my planning. Well the problem was I didn't do any planning. I just made it up as I built. Stand is setting on 15' legs and has stairs leading up to a small porch in front of door. As I was measuring for the door I realized the door wasn't going to open far enough due to porch banister and hand rail! Solution, bi fold door! I really should have been a engineer!

I don't think that is going to be enough!

Leave the train driving to Possum. You'll hurt yourself trying to figure out how long the tracks are..when the good Lord was handing out grey matter you thought he said train and you asked for a slow one. ROFL
