Nola went into the old phone booth to put on her Supergirl suit, right?

Mount Graham (about 10,700 high) is in eyeball sight due West of Roper Lake SP, just South of Safford AZ. And it is all nice here!
I'd bet that most folks in the PHX Valley would not have a clue about this gem of a spot.
Sometimes you find what you look for, by trying or not.

Crackers ... Mutant ... All the same.

But we may have to check out that gem of a spot. I had looked up Roper Lake State Park on the AZ web site and we thought about doing a few days there. Just might ....

There is much more, including the Mount Graham International Observatory. We must come back as it is not open if the road is snowed in. Tours start at Discovery Place in Safford

Great prose! And smores always happen in PA for us, or more precisely, for all of the kids we see there.
The kids of our friends in our previous hood see our campsite as a fun and flavorful magnet. Eat your heart out, Disney!
