Bob, we are sad to learn of Stephanie's passing. I cannot imagine the depth of grief you must be experiencing right now. And although we've never had the privilege of meeting you, our mutual mutantness connects us. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

We wish we could've known Stephanie. Jne's eulogy was beautiful and in a way, helped us know your lovely wife. So sad that we didn't get to know her in person.

I talked to Possum today. He has done a parcel of recon in the area and has ideas for fun!

Oh, brother! The things you didn't tell me! Lol.

We love the idea of lots of sitting in the portable lounge chairs under the trees and just talking with folks. Maybe throw in a bottle of wine to that scenario and its all good. Honestly, I think we are just too exhausted to do much in the way of activities. Still have 1,000 miles to drive to get there. But maybe we will revive while we're there.

Hi Barb! You're up mighty early!

Steve, you and Barb always believed, always encouraged us. We thank you both. Love you!!!

Di, what is this about your kids moving far away?! We feel for you. It is so hard to be far from precious grands.

That moho will be able to get to FL on auto-pilot before too long!

You got that right! Ours was a 5 year plan and the last month was a big push. .

Mel... by my calculation, you have 705 miles to go from Lubbock. Fear not for outer rainbow miles are easy. Almost like riding on a cloud.

Remember - to wait for the smile that turns into a giant grin. It comes at about 100 miles give or take. Then you begin to laugh and you'll know you are free. You'll be fine and we'll be there for you. Congrats kiddos. You have planned your escape and escaped your plans!

See you soon!

My Brother & his family in Tampa... Have done that 1,000 mile drive so often, I think my Yukon could make it automatically...

We love to visit, but not to live...

Enjoy the journey...

Barb! I did not realize that Oregon could be gotten to by going East. I'll see if I can rig up a big snorkel.

Mutants learn to adapt and conquer. Sometimes it doesn't go as planned but plans can be changed.

Yesterday we were supposed to be at The Great Outdoors Resort near the Kennedy Space Center and have a couple days visiting it. Unfortunately, Sandee got MUCHO sick with a nasty stomach bug. So, we coordinated all the things we needed to get done like cancelling resort reservations, KSC tickets and such to stay were we are for a few more days. Because of other appointments down the calendar we will skip that part and head up to St. Augustine for a few days.

Sandee is doing a bit better today but it will take a few days for her to get back to being on an even keel but at least we should be travel ready by April 2nd. As long as she is over the infection itself the smiles per mile should be a pick-me-up for her.

Sometimes ya just got to ignore the bumps.

Bob Stephens,

Dennis (Possum) and Denise are not near any facilities with Internet access. They were so sorry at hearing of Steph's passing and send their condolences.

Sandee and I are saddened to hear of the passing of Steph. She was a great spirit and Bob did all he could to help her enjoy herself during the times we were with them.

Sad, so sad.
