I'm due for another ankle injection. My brace has been off for 2 months! Walking and GCs have nearly cured it

Nearly cured!

Being a health care professional I prescribe one more Dave's Big Northeast Adventure, that should do the trick!

Now... I haven't tried it on a bone spur... but my weird trigger toe type cramps are not an issue when I use it. Comes from Canada... Look up EASEMAGNESIUM.com If it's the bone spur at fault.... it might be a less expensive more natural solution.
Oh... and get well quick... ya got kids to play with!

Interesting... Sure worth a try... I also have had leg cramps, restless leg ALL of my life... Used to take quinine...

Whoa! I just watched the reports of hail in Texas on the news. No way I am going any further east this year. They are predicting more "unsettled" weather. Hail like that would make Swiss cheese out of any Rainbow rider.

Y'all be careful!

I saw a report on that as well. It's amazing how big those suckers were. They showed cars all huddled under overpasses and gas station canopies. I saw one house where the siding looks like it was from some war zone with holes torn through the whole side of the house.

Doc did a change of meds for my dad so I am staying with him to make sure he is taking them. They are doing an echo cardiogram on Fri. His leg is so swollen that he is having trouble walking.
You can get the cyclone sewer cap at Walmart for less than $20. Not hard to install -- I did it in less than an hour. Really helps to have a multi-tool to remove old caulk.

Ohmmms for your Dad, Deb! On the RV -- mohmms. It's good to know I'm not the only battery killer. One piece of advice -- tell Dale not to over-tighten the nut that holds the wires to the post. I pulled out the post doing such a thing.
