Curious, not the mutant type, but the wanting to know type, I looked up the U.S. to Canadian exchange rate. It's currently 79 cents for every Canadian dollar. That means a week at Oceanfront Camping will cost $237.00 U.S. but it might not be the same in August and you may have to pay a fee for currency exchange. I hope you all have a terrific time. Post LOTS of pictures, PLEASE!

Hey Dennis... MotorHome magazine - May edition - has an article on the BC Gold Rush Trail that looks very interesting.

Vancouver along Hwy 1 then east to Hope, north to Yale, and on to Lytton. Hwy to 1e to Lillooet to 97 to Williams Lake and Quensel to Barkerville.
Lots of places along the route including Hell's Gate look great.

Have ya done much of this route? Tips etc...

It may actually be $300 US Dollars for all I know. I think Visa (debit and credit) work directly without a fee. At least that's my recollection from past research.

Almost all of it. From Hope to Lillooet has fantastic train watching all along it and there is a train ride that takes you along and back a mountain lake going west from Lillooet. There are all kinds of interesting things to do up to and including Barkerville. I'll read the article and give a critique in the next day or two.

We find that the CC companies just adjust to that days exchange rate and convert it with no fees charged for doing the conversions.

Yes it does sound reasonable and could be added to the tail end of the big nekked Moon dance next August after next. August in Oregon, September in BC, all capped by the great rattle snake roundup over 't Les's place.

Hey look at what found its way to the wall in our dining room.

I like that one. Or Mel And Kate's Excellent Rider (Maker). But I still like Makea better, good idea Dennis.

Be careful, y'all!
There was a news article a week or two ago about this. The IRS will NEVER contact you in any manner other than snail mail. So if you don't get a letter in the mail, it can easily be ignored and rightfully should be because they NEVER contact you using any other means. The IRS spokesperson stated it that way.

Side note - it still cracks up me in this TV add with some scammer looking person and the old lady and he goes what's your SSN and she just starts saying random numbers at random times. Funny as heck.

All my "official" mail goes to South Dakota and I haven't been where I could have them forward any to me since Phoenix over a month ago. I instinctively paniced for about 2 seconds then realized the IRS would have used my name and not a generic robo call. That stuff is aimed at the elderly. I'm glad I decided to stay middle aged for the rest of my life.
