This is our site for the next 8 nights. We are in Jojoba Hills SKP RV park. The temperature upon wake-up at 7 a.m. was 55˚. I guess we escaped the Texas Heat.

Define "interesting grades." After yesterdays ride I think I can handle anything.

Grades not too much of a problem as we don't go very fast even on level
ground. Most of my hurry WAS TO GET OUT OF California. Way too expensive
there.

We will be back in California in October, for Dr. appointments and to see kids.

Then south for winter. Wayne, not sure where we are going to stay for winter.
If close will give a holler.
Been on I-90 before and not bad. Jut want to try something different. Need more information on Hwy 2. (No thanks to Dennis!)

No it's not! We are at "the place."
You are at a place. Tobin's is the place. If ya got out more you'd know that, and not be so enamored with a place to park for a while.

When I get back to Bonita I will pull out the Mountain West Guide and look it up for you. Won't tell ya what it says, but will look it up.

Carl, et al, The amenities here are fantastic. The ladies have sewing rooms, quilting rooms, and on and on. Didn't see any spinning rooms Sue but if it is suggested they'll come up with it. Pellet gun shooting range - we were there today and it is really nice.

Steve, this is not the "only place" but it is the place we are at now. In about 10 days I'll show you the "place" with the ocean just out the window. There are "places" all over the place. It is what it is, and then it is what you make of it. There are spectacular views here also.

Nice, and I swear that one shot of Earlene has her singing out to the coyotes or something, eh?

Another long day! I personally didn't do as well at the Farmer's market... wish I had more Peach butter to sell! Sold out of that the first day....I did sell all the butter crunch lettuce I took except 1 head. Sara (DIL) made up for the lack of $$ coming in, she sold more than I did, and so we made about the same total as we did the first day we did the market... One more week like we have had so far, and the rest will be gravy... She bought another table, which added to our 'startup' costs. Now, if we can refrain from buying more for the business until after next week...LOL, we'll be in the blue, or green, however you want to call it....but not red. This time, we had a really cute little attention getter as it was warmer out and Little Eli came along, and waved from his pack n play at everyone walking by, then I took him to the swing for awhile and he charmed the crowds( ok, well, the market folks and the passers by) with his cute smile. He liked the swing. He finally had enough as we were packing up to leave and got a little crabby because he was sleepy... hope he had a good nap so his mommy could lie down for a bit too! Wish I had thought to take a picture...

So you know that rain amd weather we missed... well... right now you can find us on this map... but the Dish Signal is powerless against the storm.
