Thanks for that little piece of advice, Sir Wayne. You know I've been dying to find a place on this Tiffin to use some Duct Tape.

I was stunned by the different prices. There seems to be very little integrity in the RV parts biz.
You're the queen of online shopping, Barb. That's a great tip and I'll check online today for the part. If I can save $100 it is well worth it! Although, I'm not sure if we could have a package shipped to Grand Teton National Park. Will check with them to make sure.

I'll get on the travel/routes forum to ask about this, but just in case any Mutants have knowledge about these roads...

What's the best route to take from Salt Lake City to Grand Teton National Park? I read that it's best to take a big rig up I-15 to Idaho Falls and then take Hwy 26 east to 191, then north into Grand Teton Nat'l Park. What say you Mutant lot?

Thanx to all.

Called and talked to my 9 yo GS and sung happy birthday to him (we share our birth day date).

He and some of his family sung happy birthday to me:

Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday dear papaw
Happy birthday to you

Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
You look like a donkey
And you smell like one too

Oh, the newly crowned 9 year old is batting .844 in his travel league. In 40 or leass pitches, he's struck out 10, 9 , and 9. Woo Hoo. Has stuff to work on but has a good start.

I think I would take 89 up. I don't recall anything on that route as an issue. Will check my mountain guide west to confirm. This will take you through Afton, Alpine Junction, Hoback and into Jackson. I know from Alpine to Jackson Hole is no issue and gorgeous and I could hang in and around Afton for the months. It will take you into to Jackson Hole via Hoback. The south entry to Jackson is the best IMHO...

Edit... Haven't been in years but been many times. Will have to go back!
