You asked for it.
Picture 1 is the picture of the motor being worked on. I just could not get the camera in there to take a picture of what they were doing
Picture 2 is the full motor assembly.
Picture 3 is the tel-tale of the lubricant leaking from the assembly - not a good thing.

Colleen, we had not decided yet so we gave it a hearty RVM ponder. We need to be way North then. Sorry bout that!

Steve,

Old Fox, terrible news. I was working in the shop today and needed to use the press. Of the three jobs to do yours was the only one that would not co-operate. I will give it a try again mid next week and see if I can get that little sucker to do what we want it to do. I will do try #2 with a twenty ton jack instead of a six. I will attempt to get pictures of the set-up when I do try doing try two.

Are you sure this collar isn't milled right from the shaft material? Sure should have popped out of there with six tons of pressure. Oh well, there's always next time.
