It's the turn around and the lack of time to actually see something. I haven't taken PEI and St Andrews off the bucket list. And haven't taken Maine off the current list yet. It just depends on how things go with the surgery and how long it takes to charge my batteries. This sinus thing has taken its toll.

I did get the new coach out solo to see my son in Norfolk but that has been the extent of the traveling this year.

NE is on our wishlist though.

I see you are appealing to Steve in a most difficult to deny manner. You certainly have his number, Carl.

Steve, have you asked to be on their waiting list for an earlier surgery date? Maybe you can sneak in sooner?

Denise and I will be all through with that debacle that started a couple years back with that infamous phone call that Carla had passed, when we get together to spread her ashes and say a final goodbye. It's be a long time coming and final approvals and legalities are now taken care of but this one last duty.

With the spreading of ashes and two weddings to get behind us we will be more or less Island bound for the rest of the year. The only way that all things could get really betterer is to win the lottery.

Was doing some ground work in the front yard flowerbed and found out that Mizzie likes riding in the wheelbarrow. Great find to improve my disposition of late.

Hey Steve,
Sorry to read that you have to change or put on hold your plans, and that goes for the rest of you as well, I know it's a hard call to make as I've had to do some shuffling around myself. But on the other side of it, it just gives you something else to plan on in the future, and we Mutants are an adaptable bunch.

Healing oooommmmmssss for those who need them.

Cheers Y'all

The bad news is - we won't be at PEI or St. Andrews and I'm not sure about Maine yet. I canceled Canada and currently have Maine held but.

My surgery is scheduled for July 12th. The doc wants me here for 3 weeks for followup. That's Aug 2nd. That leaves us 2 weeks to get 1400 miles to Maine only to turn around and head 3000 miles back to Az. This is a hard call.

I can't tell ya how difficult this is. I nearly said I'd live with it another couple of months but that's not a good option. Annie and I both need a good night's sleep and as long as I can't breath, it's just not going to happen.

Oh the humanity.

I'm so glad you are finally getting it taken care of!
