***We were back at that same campground near Provo where we met you all, Steve and Annie, and the couple with the jeep being repaired, this past winter coming and going. There were lots of dog people there, but no mutants that we were aware of.

So are ya taking a Tillamook cheese tour (if such a thing exists)? I'd think there would be something. Like the bourbon trail - only with cheese.
We will be staying in Tillamook for several days so I'm sure we will take the cheese tour. Presently in Petaluma, CA at the Coast Guard Base. Could only get 3 nights. Only 6 sites here and one has an electrical problem. Hoping to get a 3 day extension if someone cancels but not looking good.

Hmm, just trying to decide which nose joke to quote, but there are so many. So Steve I'll just give you a break (pun intended) and wish you a speedy recovery. To Annie I'll send Ohmms as I know there is nothing harder to deal with than a hurtin' hubby.

Eclipse info ?

I keep seeing comments about the GC for viewing the eclipse next summer, but can not find any details. Me thinks this would be a good chance to meet several of you and see a great event. Two birds and all that.

When ?
Where ?
Who ?

Thanks,
Jake

ON THE ROAD AGAIN...

Wow...it has been a busy 2+ months in Champaign doing lots of work on the coach. Nothing major, except for that darn bus bay leak, just a bunch of personal "upgrade" work and mods. As always, nothing that looks "easy" is easy. LOL

So...we will departing in the next hour heading to Mark Twain Caves in Hannibal, MO for 5 nights then down to St. Charles, MO to join a 6 week Lewis & Clark caravan trip out to Portland, OR.

All systems check and working well. Sandee is out for a Starbucks and when she gets back, slides in, off the jacks...an away we go.

Best wishes to Steve for successful procedure and quick recovery! I know the road is calling very hard to you and you hear it loud and clear.

Thanks much Don.
The park in Hannibal is very nice and the town is charming.
I have a book - in storage of the Lewis and Clark Trail. So much to see. I don't know how I would handle a 6 week caravan. Not sure I have the discipline to keep on schedule. I'd probably be like the settlers pushing west. OK - were stopping here... lol.

Be safe and get lots of pics!
