Only the states we've camped in during this time frame. We've also been ,and camped in some of these states several times. We've both driven through many of these states while I was in the military getting from one duty station to another (probably 4 times coast to coast), but we didn't count any of them (of course). I think we might start a new map, and start all over again. Our new plan is a 5 year plan. We are thinking of starting all over again in 5 years. Re group, and this time around (we'll be 63&64 respectfully ). Maybe we'll try a motor home instead of the 5er, not sure on that cuz I really love my pickup and our trailer. Who knows. It will happen though.

Generally, I try not to post the same stuff on here and on FB... plenty of material to go around...LOL but I just had an uplifting moment I want to share... pull up yer chair... imagine a campfire...

"Can you see it? I was sitting out on the deck rather blue because of all that's going on...KC officer shot while trying to arrest a suspect of a drive by shooting, the political soup that we must try to wade through, and wondering when things will calm down....and I looked up and saw a blue wisteria blossom hanging from the tree. They don't usually bloom now, they bloom in April/May and my buds all got frosted this year...I took it as a sign. There is unsuspected joy amidst the sorrows, but I must lift my head to see it and look beyond what is right in front of me here and now."

I'm sorry Diane, we're actually in Russellville, Ar. Just a tad west of Little Rock. Our goal was Little Rock, but we couldn't find a spot so here we are. We will only be here 1 night. We have to be home in 2 days, for a doctor appointment .

I moved our map from our old rv, with no reservations..... It came off and restuck, so to me that was a sign it was permissable.... Like i really needed permission. We have camped in each of the states we have on our map.

Our new coach has not traveled all of those states, but our new life has..... Larry and I in our new life together, when people ask, i tell them that.... At home our world map has many countries, that we have been to together, and stayed in..... Our USA map as well, with white push pins if we just drove through or stopped for lunch.
AND, no surprise, a NOTEBOOK, i have kept of all of our travels, separate for RV and for other teavels....

So thats our rule....

We put a state on our wall map if we have been in that state with our present mutant mover. We will make it to our 49th state when we end up in Maine. We will drive our "Coach" thru the 4 remaining states. Now we need to work on getting our "Coach" to Hawaii.

Friday I meet with an eye specialist surgeon to deal with a cataract on my left eye. Will have it done in September. Remove cataract and set my vision to good vision at a distance (not close up). Presently my vision is very blurry and fuzzy in that eye and I'm seeing double with that eye. My eye doctor said it's ezzy pezzy,

Well said, Marty. It's easy to be blue right now, and a relief to find something uplifting. For me it was a bright cardinal where I didn't expect one. Thanks for sharing.
