Ommmms on the way, Deb. I know that pain, and hope you get relief soon! It may be "only" pulled muscles, but it's no less painful than more serious injuries. Ommmm!

Many ohms, Deb! I have lived with chronic low back pain for 10+ years. I hope you get relief soon.

Big 10-4 on the feel better vibes. I too have chronic back and nerve pain. It's no fun at all.

Welcome to the insanity, Six! Your lucky to be RVM143 and not 144 as 144 is just a gross number.

Check your email for info I sent you about other ways we Mutants communicate and the official RVM dictionary.

We Mutants are a real forgiving sort. We won't hold your Arkansas residency against you. I hope to run into on the Rainbow someday soon.

No wonder nobody mentioned my Post about Norman's Photography. I for some reason had it in my mind that Rockwell painted that picture. Pffftttt.

And now some in FL have Zika. That's an issue for me since I seem to get everything going around...

Oops... missed this post. As you'll note above it was the Zika virus I was referring to. Not sure if I'd rely on B12 to keep those suckers away.
