Thanks Richard!
So is it just me, or does Sriracha make everything better?

Mortimer is survived by us, his only known family since we purchased him nearly 20 years ago.
He was a good rubber chicken.
Never squawked when left in the cupboard too long.
He was well travelled and had been to Maui, Mexico, Albuquerque, Palm Springs, the Oregon Coast, San Juan Islands, Victoria, Tofino and other areas of Vancouver Island and many campgrounds in and around BC. His favourite place was Mexico, although he found that the hot sun dried out his rubber skin a bit.
Mortimer met his unfortunate demise at the hands of Bella, our Miniature Dachshund who upon interrogation at the time of the altercation, showed no remorse for her actions.
Bella is presently detained pending further investigation.

Condolences to you and the rest of Mort's familia.
Cremation?? Some of his ashes at each of those visted places could make his lif..oops..er demise complete.

Does rubber leave ashes when it burns? Or just a lump of smelly goo?

Beautiful morning in Columbia MO today. Nice day for a drive. Have about 3 hours to roll before enjoying a 3 day layover. It's so good to be on the road again.

You're finally going to do it! It seems to have been a superb trip thus far and only getting better. Bucket list getting shorter, or do you keep tacking new things onto it? (I do.)
Cheers!

Mary Ann will remember we found this in Acadia National Park in Maine last month:
If you're into reducing plastic waste, this is an option. (I have no affiliation nor axe to grind.) There are a website (w/ a store locater) & a Facebook page. I found 3 places locally we can get it. Woot!
Mostly I carry a thermos w/ my own water, but would use Boxed Water on occasion.

OK, Get ready, here it comes....are you ready? Really ready??? The journey is the destination. And, I still have no dishwasher
We are having some very warm weather here, but the weatherman says it is going to drop below 90 this weekend.
I really envy you being in Missouri. If I could only be there I would bop over and see my mother and my little sister. My little sister is younger, but lots taller than me.
I had a peripheral vision test this morning. It was much better than the one I had last year. Of course, after the one last year I had a tumor removed from my pituitary gland. my opthamologist was pretty happy. Not as happy as I was tho. I was only weeks from being completely unable to drive. God is good. Now my vision is completely restored.
In my spare time I have been taking the Diamond shield and glue off the MoHo. I read online that the best thing to use is the 3M adhesive remover. Man, are they WRONG. I found out that any product with an oil base that is thick and will not run off the cap is better. I was so frustrated with it, I grabbed a bottle of sunscreen and rubbed it on, left it sit for about 20 minutes and went back and scraped, That glue just rolled off of there. Right now I am waiting a shipment of plastic razor blades. I only had two of them and Art had one and I had one, I used mine up just doing about 2 square feet. I found them on Amazon and I am getting 50 more for about $10. Now I need to hit the stores for the sunscreen I know is going to be on sale soon. I knew there had to be something better than that 3M stuff and knew that oil is the base of most adhesives and oil is the product to use to thin out adhesives. Art thought I was crazy, but I think I have him convinced now. Oh, not that I am crazy, but that a thick oil based product works better.
BTW, I want to send my condolences to the chicken family. I hope they take pity on his murderer. After all, I feel sure he has repented for his sins and regrets his transgressions.
Time for me to get ready to hit the school pickup line. You all take care, and If you can , please send me the time and place for Mr. Chicken's funeral .
The journey is the destination.

So glad you have passed that test Ro...sie! You'll now be fully welcomed by all as the newest RVMutant and hopefully I'll be meeting you sometime in the future out on the rainbow.
One of the elders will bestow upon you your own official RVM number once they see you've completed that incredibly rigorous entry examination.
Welcome aboard!
