Going after daily limits of Cut-Throat, Brown and Speckled Trout and even a few Dolly Vardins if they chose to cooperate this time.

In actuality few if any fish die in this yearly endeavour.
No shots to take (this time), but mm-mmm trout!

We can't get the classic whole trout in restaurants any more, just filets. 😕 Makes me both sad & mad.

Here's wishing you daily limits of *something*! Remember: PoP. Cheers!

Say Steve: the corn has finally stopped growing taller, although it did try to cover up the sun. Click image for larger version

Martin thought the label on his pic was readable, but it's fuzzy on my phone, so:

This is a Depressing Cannon we saw in Gibralter.

Imagine trying to hold a cannonball in the barrel while you aim the gun down at the deer ... err, enemy. (Pay attention, Tim!) Some bright spark figured it out, and the Depressing cannon was used to great effect from the rock.

We ate lunch right under its mouth. Very depressing.

Well behaved pets can get comfortable pretty well anywhere. They all have their favorite haunts.

The table is between 2 chairs. Don sits in the chair and Leroy on the table, close to the treats.
