Lobster mac n cheese.

Oh well, it was another way to extend the experience. We also brought home 2 frozen soups: lobster bisque and clam chowdah. Today one, next week another. And that just about does it for us on lobstah. ("Pass tha buttah, please!")

Cheers!

That's how I do it - I don't want to freeze everything up over and over for a couple months and hope it all works when thawed...and this year I have family to visit down there (sister/BIL bought a FL home in Ruskin) and Papa Steve/Mary Ann will be right next door (ok, short bike ride) to me for some time as I'm understanding it!

I was walking Miya this morning and did a PANO of our RV site here at Peregrine Pines FamCamp, Colorado Springs AF Academy, CO. If you are able to have access to this RV FamCamp it is a very nice setting. The PANO is one I took and Earlene took the other two. Such a nice place.

One has to control how much heat they put in. To much and it can ruin the taste of everything. Hey, at least we agree on something - mark this day on the calendar.

Jake
What I have found with any pepper is to use a grapefruit spoon (teaspoon will do), cut the pepper and use the spoon to remove all the seeds. Then, and depending on how hot you want it, scrape the spline ribs. The more you scrape off the inside the milder it will be - in most cases. The capsaicin is more into the splines than the seeds, although the seeds have capsaicin also.

Now, for that good body of flavor, Ghost Pepper. We we travel I always have a Ghost Pepper shaker with me. Trust me, a little dab will do you and it does enhance the flavor if done correctly, If not - you just cannot eat what you put it on.

Yep! And in the summer time us Southern Living people travel All the way West, or far North. Gone four months this time and the weather has been great.

Now if I have to winterize in the winter because of a one or two night chill I just use 30-40 psi of air and blow the lines out. None of that pink stuff for us.

Well, we are pinkies... However, I blow the lines, drain the water heater, and only put pink stuff in the drains. When we went to Steve's retirement party, we waited until south of Dallas to winterize and carried jugs of water with us in Honey. Used baby wipes, etc. Wasn't too bad. Ideal would be being able to be away from the cold... but somebody doesn't feel ready to retire yet... and there's so many grands to see while they are little and not all wrapped up in their own lives yet..

No, sadly, no waivers. My cholesterol is 97, and I'd like it to stay that way!

Sue, where are you and Martin wintering this year? We're doing AZ again. I sure don't miss the mosquitos, ants and fleas that plagued us in Florida.

How many RVMs are going to AZ? We could plan a Curiosity in Tucson again, just not the first week of Feb. Papaw Steve and Mary Ann -- are you staying in Florida all winter?
Yes, we have decided to spend the winter in Florida (southeast of Tampa just a bit). Indiana friends have tugged on our shirttails since last winter to join them. However, we will be searching for fellow mutants to meet up with in the sunshine state.
