Exactly where I would use it. Have you learned to just tip it up and tap it or do you use the grinder?

Wow Sue! Frightening to say the least I'm sure. The darn things are so fast you don't have much time to take cover or batten down the hatches. Glad y'all are okay. Tell Martin that the horse goes in front of the cart.

Alas dear Mutants, it seems I was late to the party as well,

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU SUE AND MARTIN !!!!!

I would also like to inform you that today is the PTjeeps 39th anniversary as well.

It sure seems strange to say it, but time just flies when you are having fun. Soon we begin to head west heading to SD, KS, CO, NM, and AZ

Cheers to you all !!!

Well let me be the first to congratulate!
In these days and times were things are tossed to the side seeing a long term commitment sadly is becoming so rare!

Congratulations, many more happy returns. Travel safe, and remember that it's still hot in the southwest.

Yup. Smart had nuthin on us!

The phone apps alerted us or we'd have been totally unaware. Run to the basement? Smart? Not me. I found an upstairs window and then the upstairs deck to find the first funnel. After that I was all over the hill watching it go. Never knew about the other 2 till the evening news.

Our neighbor/cousin was out sending pics to the local TV station, including the moho that was wrecked. Haven't heard yet if there was more than property damage. So far it's only roofs, vehicles, trees and crops. Devastating enough.

We didn't have enough room in the refrigerator for a full bushel so we opted for 1/2 bushel at $15. Brought them home and let them cool then packaged them for the freezer and refrigerator (Refer so we could have some on the way home.)

Funny thing, we purchased the medium (I wanted hot) and after they had cooled Earlene could not resist and cut one up and ate a bite. Then she started about how hot it was. I'm not going to call her a dummy or anything like that but she cut the thing and ate seeds and all. I, on the other hand, sliced the pepper long way and opened it up and removed the seeds. See ho much smarter I am.

'Tis the season for hatch peppers!
I bought a bushel and its all in the freezer now.........good job not calling Earlene any names lol

Sue!!! You know the Life expectancy of storm chasers is sadly shortened, don't ya? In the Oklahoma City area where I lived prior to retirement the local TV stations chase twisters with helicopters. I watched several devastating storms in real time.

Tornados need heat to form. My current lifestyle has me avoiding hot weather and thus avoiding massive storms that spawn them. Sure don't miss them.

Congrats to you and Martin plus Jeff and Marcia on the recent anniversaries.
