Hey now. It's a great day on the portion of the rainbow we're on in Colorado. A little breeze, partly cloudy, hazy toward the mountains, about 70 degrees.

We've spent the day chillin' and it finally feels like the 3 month ordeal of surgery et all is behind us. I can feel that sense of ease this life on the rainbow provides. Much thanks to Marty and Bob and Don, Colleen, Leroy Brown, Mr. Malone, Spooky and Fluffy for helping us ease back into our groove.

As for the winter in Az... still thinking on that. Anyone else lay down a plan yet?

Maybe it's time for a roll call and current / future whereabouts on the rainbow.

We've already reported but here goes...
1 week here - Pueblo West, Co.
1 night Raton
1 week Santa Fe
1 week Gallup

That gets us out thru 10/3.

We've both seen the big hole in the earth in AZ but haven't seen the small one. Meteor Crater... and we'd like to walk the LA Pasoda and eat at the Turquoise Room again. Want to check out the hotel. I read online Amtrack doesn't offer tickets or baggage there. But I know it stops there. Requires further investigation.

We are in Seattle until Saturday when my DD and SIL move to Edmonds, WA about 20 miles north. We'll stay in Edmonds until the weather gets dreary then we'll do a slow roll south. I'll stop at River Mountain RV park where the Aug 17-23, 2017 RVMoon GC is being held. I wanna check in with Laurie and Jim about a few things, then probably stop in Henderson NV to see an old friend. After that it's on to AZ for the winter.

Sitting home here in my stick N brick... waiting to hear from my son...he promised an update later when I contacted him earlier...maybe a simple text of 'hello' will poke his memory...I do know they did blood work but know no results.

If anyone can slow roll, Sis, tis you. And your style is truly Mutated!
Greetings to Laurie and Jim. They may be nationally famous a year from now!

I called Dish to change our zip code so we have local chanels. Will be interested to see who wins. I'm pulling for Grace - but honestly, any one of them could win with the right performance.

Talked to a mutant today and they wanted the details. Been so long since we reserved our space, I couldn't remember. OMRS... Old Mutant Retention Slippage...

Here is what is going on with William from my DIL.... Today we met with Dr Max in hemotology at children's mercy. I liked her a lot. She was so kind and gentle with William. She talked with us about the different possibilities of what the tumor could be. There are no more tests that they can do short of removing it and testing the lump itself. A biopsy would not be done because it basically involves the same amount of work and invasiveness. Nothing is set in stone at this point but she would like us to meet with the surgeon next so that he can take a look. She had some blood work done today also to check his platelet count to make sure they weren't getting trapped in the tumor. It came back all good. For now we are just supposed to measure it and take a picture of it everyday to make sure it isn't growing... if it starts growing... that's an different story...

That at least sounds like somewhat good news. Glad to hear of that. Hopefully it can be easily removed and problem solved!
