Since neither of us are big on sports, we're just chilling and enjoying quiet time at home. All laundry clean and accounted for.
People are zooming in and out and a Newmar Rally starts a week from today. The folks next to us are part of the parking committee and move to the fairgrounds Tuesday. She said about 500 units are expected. They have a park model at Carefree Village in Tucson. Currently in a new or at most young Canyon Star. Were full time 15 years with a 40' Newmar 5er.
We're about a month and half from 2 years. Hard to believe. It's really a great way to live. Not for everyone - and while some would say, unconventional, I'd say the opposite. We just happen to have better connastoga wagons and the trails have been blazed.... and then beaten to death and left to die with gaping holes and rolls and uneven shoulders...

4th qtr comeback.
Titans finally decided to play football, caught a few breaks and won the game for a change. The bums are hopefully getting better.

Marty, Sena turned 19 on 4/17/2016.
Today's incident -- she snuck into the garage while no one was watching and helped herself to the flour canister that was packed in an open top box. She grabbed the scoop full of flour and retreated to the roof to eat it. Someone thought taping the lid on would keep it safe. It's amazing how easy Sena can make a fool of us puny humans.

Still thinking about Yuma, at least for part of the winter. Will be in California till Nov. 6. Then to Las Vegas to see other friends.
Possibly Cocobah but not sure of dates we will be in area.. maybe 2
months there and then meander north or east.
Glad you're out & about again.

Love Colorado but can't abide no Banquet Beer. Guess there's still some naturalized Texas Boy in me.

Steve happy that your sister is giving it a good fight and sending prayers to all of you as well as many ohms.

This one's for Dwayne
Had you considering renting a bead blaster? Using a softer media like plastic beads or nut shells should remove the paint without damaging the aluminum skin (not an expert, just used to get Eastwood tool catalogs). Little more expense but a lot less sanding...
By the time you're done sanding that beast, you'll have arms like the Incredible Hulk (but not green...)

Morning Mutants near and far! Time to pull in the utilities and the slides in and the jaks up! Short drive today, but need fuel. Fortunately there's a Loves 2 miles north on 25. For those who haven't noticed, truck stops are kind of rare along much of 25 in Colorado.
Have a great day mutants!

Lots of oooohhhhmmmmms going out to all of mutantdom.
I've been stuck werking every weekend for the last few months. But not much longer. Hunting season is drawing near and I'll be dressing up like a bush. And prepping for my trip to MT in a few weeks. Will be staying in Broadus for a week. Had all kinds of fun last year, sleeping in the back of the truck...alone. But will have the DGF this year, and she insists on a motel room...
Safe travels to all on the rainbow.

It must have been a hard weekend for most RVMs and they are all sleeping in this morning. Steve enjoy your long drive today.
Personally, moving hell is still ongoing at my DD's Seattle house. A brigade of friends came by yesterday to help take down shelves, then putty and paint the walls. I worked on the flower beds and picking up the remains of Thursday's deck painting job. We are still in Seattle until Friday providing access for trades people coming to fix or disconnect.
