Morning Mutants near and far! Time to pull in the utilities and the slides in and the jaks up! Short drive today, but need fuel. Fortunately there's a Loves 2 miles north on 25. For those who haven't noticed, truck stops are kind of rare along much of 25 in Colorado.

Have a great day mutants!

Lots of oooohhhhmmmmms going out to all of mutantdom.

I've been stuck werking every weekend for the last few months. But not much longer. Hunting season is drawing near and I'll be dressing up like a bush. And prepping for my trip to MT in a few weeks. Will be staying in Broadus for a week. Had all kinds of fun last year, sleeping in the back of the truck...alone. But will have the DGF this year, and she insists on a motel room...

Safe travels to all on the rainbow.

It must have been a hard weekend for most RVMs and they are all sleeping in this morning. Steve enjoy your long drive today.

Personally, moving hell is still ongoing at my DD's Seattle house. A brigade of friends came by yesterday to help take down shelves, then putty and paint the walls. I worked on the flower beds and picking up the remains of Thursday's deck painting job. We are still in Seattle until Friday providing access for trades people coming to fix or disconnect.

Hopefully, Miss Sena will mind her P's and Q's for the rest of your time there...

I slept in unintentionally this AM... my long Saturday caught up with me...didn't roll out of bed until 9:00...thank goodness cats are forgiving of feeding time shifts. I'd have been in trouble if it were dogs needing out of crates to pee...

Made the drive south to Raton in good time and fule was a quick in and out. Nice to be set up by 1:30. 2 hours 45 minutes before settling in for a week in one of my favorite places.

Have seen all of it so many times we may just enjoy the great food and our friends Al and Maria. I've mentioned this before but we go back to 1978 so always good to see them. They even let me forward our mail to their house. Now to see of they'll was Bonita for us lol. She is a mess. Oh the humanity!

Just pondering; If you went to San Francisco, and you found a heart, what would you do with it ?
