Well if we want officialdom then we all have to adopt the Canadian One Dollar coin as the official Mutant form of financial transaction. What the heck else is a Looney good for??

Ever notice a Monarch up close? Polka dots! Looks pretty mutant to me! Attachment 140104

I seem to be on a nature kick. Makes up for having to sit in the periodontist's chair this afternoon! 😲
Beautiful photos, Sue!

Oh, I'm sure someone will have a camera. It may brake after the first picture of me but it will capture my great essence.

What a sight! And great idea.

About as much good as all the U.S. $1 coins that never seemed to catch on. But I'm not sure what it says about Queen Liz when they put a Loon on her back side. (Not to be confused with her majesty's backside.)

Di, I had to look up the Luna moth. They are quite impressive for a moth and as large as many butterflies. But not quite as beautiful as Monarchs. I think it's the Monarch's migration that seals the deal for me. Especially since the ones that fly north are the great grandparents of the ones that fly south. I wish I had been born with such a terrific sense of purpose and direction.

What a beautiful welcome the Luna gave you!
They're almost regal ...
And they only live 7 days.
