Looks good. If'n I woulda known Larry was a landscape specialist while you two were in MN......

Maybe a hand from the Arkansas "fence fixer" with his power machinery would be good.

No such thing, but it will be reduced. You will still have to spend a few minutes each month with some roundup. It takes me about 10 minutes a month, but I do it every couple of weeks.

Good thick black plastic under the rocks will help with that.... got rid of grass years ago.... tried different plants, just die, so have gone to grasses and three drop in planters for some color.....

Really like it.... some minor issues, but Berkshire has been great.... over 12,000 miles in less than a year....
