Sitting in the shade with a glass of iced tea. All settled in and ready to relax.

The place is still pretty empty. The regulars haven't arrived yet. We're tucked in between park models. And nothing behind us yet.

Sena and I took a little drive into downtown Edmonds, WA today. On the way home we drove along the harbor area and went to find the dog beach. There is a HUGE off leash dog park that is bordered on one side by a salt water beach. Even on a mid-week afternoon there were 20-25 dogs there. I wanted to check out if it was Lily escapeproof and at high tide it hopefully will be. At low tide today little Miss Determined could have gotten out if she wanted to climb over telephone pole sized driftwood logs.

I'll need to work on training and consult the tides tables before we visit there, but it is a really great place for pups to get lots of exercise.

Did you notice the bright glow emanating from around Hayden's head in the second picture? I know her GGPs think she's an and there may be something to that. I didn't notice it until I cropped and jigsaw puzzled that pic late last night.

William and Elijah showed that all boy snips and snails and puppy dog tails side when I did their puzzle. What fun it must be to have babies to visit and give back to their parents.

Unless they bring the marguerite machine!
Barry, it's too late for you to make exodus now. 2mph is the average speed (speed?) in FL.
Be safe down there!

Hayden's glow is merely from synapses firing furiously, displaying early naughty thought development skills.
My prime-time of GGPing are ahead a ways. First train ride, camping, etc. But, yes, fun, frolic, full of sugar, dirty, and tired/crabby when returned to the "Rents"!
Megan's hubby saw his daughter for the first time a few days ago. Just back from overseas deployment. A joyous time for the little family! And us too

Hello one and all,

Sadly we will be leaving MMDC this morning and heading to Florissant, CO to visit Marcia's cousin who she hasn't seen in years, it should be interesting.
Be safe all of you

Cheers !!!

Is that because you can only hunt the toms or because cause want to watch them strut their stuff for the lady turkeys?

I'm pretty sure it's both. I don't hunt anymore but when I did, it was as much about observing nature and wildlife and being there as it was the kill. The journey... not the destination. But dinner was always a bonus. Like a bad day of fishing beats a good day of wo#*king...
