You must have forgotten that Wayne lives in Texas City. There is no fresh air with the oil refineries and chemical plants so close. And then there's the 80+% humidity.

Four more lotteries to be drawn before the can't get there unless departure date.

If'n I do get there I want site 15 again.

That's assuming they put Wayne in his old site too.
