Hey y'all, I sent Tim a couple emails and the last one is something Earlene remembered and I'm posting it here for anyone else traveling near The Lost Coast.

"Off of The 101 take Hwy 211 to Ferndale, ca, and turn right on Ocean Ave. There will be a road off to the left called Wildcat Ave and when on that road bear right on to Mattole Rd.

This is definately a road you will not want to take a motorhome on. Mary will have to take the pictures as you white knuckle it in the TOAD, but it is a most scenic ride.
Stay on Mattole Rd all the way to the coast, and keep going to Petrolia. Stay on Mattole Rd and it will take you all the way through the Humbolt Redwoods State Park and to Hwy 101.

The drive is beautiful. Humbolt Redwoods State Park is awesome. This is a MUST drive. "

Oh yeah! I second the notion.

Hey! Will anymuteys still be in Yuma by the time we get there next month? I need folks to enjoy sushi with! Martin isn't quite there yet, bless 'im.

Very! But she is a bit preoccupied right now it seems... any more and she'll be overloaded! Maybe after a few weeks we can see if she's interested.

If'n you don't get some sand or something to get you out of there, it may be a while before it actually melts by mother natures hand! I'd be ordering me a sand spreader from the town and pay them to get out of there!!!

I had to use two pillows last night to sleep. It has receded but will never be quite normal again. I know, some things never change.

Carl, I was thinking that with all the hot air he produces when his mouth is open it would not take long for the ice to melt.

After sitting around so long, it wants to breathe and stretch out again! Glad you got out of that driveway and are moving. Let's hope you get to warmer weather soon as well!
